Retrieves the state of a relay device.

RelayState
Returns the RelayState.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
SdkException	Thrown if relay doesn't exist in the configuration or is not permitted to caller.

Remarks

Retrieves the state of a relay device after it has been processed within BVMS. The BVMS system applies several processing steps before a change of a state may be observed by an event listener (see IEventManager). This method yields the state of the device that is in sync with what has been observed by OnEvent(EventData).
