How to add Acknowledgement Notes to rdkypro

1. In "System Administration", click on "Monitoring" then select "Alarms".
2. Click on the "Text" tab.
3. Next click "Add". Under Name, give the note a specific name. Under Type select "Ack. Note.
4. In the large window below, you can add your "special instructions."
5. Then hit OK then close, next log out and back into "Sys Admin".

When you "Ack" alarm you should now have the "Ack Notes" to choose from.
