SYSTEM LED
The green System LED blinks continuously at a rate of 5 time per second. After 90 seconds during power-up, this LED indicates that the SC3100/SC2104 is communicating and online with the central station SC9000/D6200 computer. The LED also indicates that the battery charge in the SC3100/SC2104 is good.
