How To: SafeCom SC4000 Pid 0169 Radio Communicator Lock up

 This has been disabled in ST1000 Version 2.52. If this is used on earlier versions of the ST1000, it will cause the SC4000 to lockup. It will require a manual default reset at the SC4000 to be performed.
