How to troubleshoot Serial Number Out of Range Error in Rdkypro

 After performing a License Upgrade, getting "Serial number out of range" error message. One or more of the ISC's are not coming online, the Communications Server is running.

One possible solution is to:

  1. Before installing the new license, shut down the Comm. Server.
  2. Delete / Remove the old license from License Admin. (Making sure it is gone).
  3. Install the new license.
  4. Start the Comm. Server.
