How to troubleshoot the Access Easy Controller (AEC) Version 2, if it will not display cardholders.

 

The AEC will work properly in Internet Explorer versions 8 and up by running the AEC page in Compatibility Mode.

  1. Log into your AEC and browse to the Card Administration screen.
  2. In the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools | Compatibility View Settings.
  • If you do not see the menu, press the Alt button on your keyboard
  • In the Add this website field, add the IP address of your AEC controller. Then click Add
  • Click Close and the web page will refresh itself. After it refreshes, you should now see your cardholders
