How to troubleshoot Transactions Not Displaying in AEC View Activity

The View Activity page is loaded using web components, and is not compatible with some versions of web browsers. The AEC 2.1 interface was tested with Internet Explorer 7. If Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) or higher is used, it must be set to Compatibility mode to ensure it will function correctly. Use the following steps to set Compatibility mode in IE8.

 

  1. Go to Tools. Select Compatibility View Settings.
  2. Type the IP address of the AEC 2.1 controller in the field ‘Add this website:’.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. Click the Close button.
  5. Close the web browser, and reopen it to the IP address of the AEC 2.1 controller.
  6. Login and ensure the transactions are displaying properly on the View Activity page.
