How to troubleshoot "You are a Stranger" Message in AEC 1.0

One possible cause is that cookies may be disabled on your web browser.

  1. In internet Explorer, click View, Internet Options. Next select the Advanced tab. Scroll until you get to the security section. The cookie setting could be set to disable all cookie use.
  2. Change this setting to enable cookies. Select apply and okay and close the web browser and reopen it.

 Another possible solution is to default your browser settings.

  1. In Internet Explorer, select tools and internet options.
  2. Select the advanced tab. Select restore defaults. Close and reopen your web browser.
