What does "No Video Verification Active" mean in the Access Professional Edition Logviewer?

Answer

This message appears when someone tries to gain access to a door that is configured for Video Verification, but the Video Verification program is not running.

To start the Video Verification program, go to C:\BOSCH\Access Professional Edition\PE\bin\ and run the ACViv.exe program.
