Why does the Access Easy Controller (AEC) version 2 say, "Door already in use" when trying to delete a reader board?

Answer

This message is displayed because the door is currently linked to other options in the software. Verify that the doors on the board you are trying to delete are not linked to any Criteria, Advance I/O, Access Level, or other areas of the configuration. Once all the links are removed, you will be able to delete the reader board from the configuration.
