When programming through the keypad, what is the nibble to program the RF receiver?

                           Values:

• 0  = no RF receiver connected
• 1  = RF receiver 1 connected, set to address 50
• 2  = RF receiver 2 connected, set to address 51
• 3  = RF receiver 1 and 2 connected
