How to be sure the monitoring station gets an Alarm Report when testing the D4412 or D6412.

When the control panel has been armed for less than 2 minutes and an alarm is generated, an Alarm Recent Closing Report is sent along with the user number. The monitoring station may not interpret the Alarm Recent Closing Report report as a standard Alarm report and therefore claim they never got the alarm report.
If than 2 minutes are allowed to pass after arming the panel and generating an alarm, a standard alarm report is sent which should be intpreted by the monitoring station as an alarm.
There are no configuration settings to modify this operation.
