How to configure the DS7400Xi Ver4+ for Direct Connection using RS232.

What are the addresses to turn on the RS232 for Direct Connection  and what values need to be entered for the DS7400XI version 4?
 
Access programming mode and set the following addresses:
  1. Address 4019 enter a 10
  2. Address 4020 enter a 25
Configure the DX4010V2 or DX4010i with the following switch setting.
  1. Address 13 = 2,5 and 7 on and the rest off.
  2. Address 14 = 1,5 and 7 on and the rest off.
