How to: Connect to panel with RPS via USB

Solution

Remove the USB cable from both panel and PC/laptop, close all programs and reboot the PC/laptop. After it has finshed booting, open RPS, plug the USB cable into the panel then the PC/laptop and if it is still not working, remove the USB cable from both the panel and the PC/laptop and cycle power to the panel. When the panel has finished booting, plug the USB cable into the panel then PC/Laptop.
