How to convert Popit addresses from the D8112G2 to be used on a G-Series panel.

The existing Popit dipswitch address can be used with the upgraded panel-programming program by converting the D8112 address to the G-Series address.

Note:

  1. The D8125 needs to have a date code higher than 9434, and D8127* Popits need to have a date code higher than 9344. Replace all D8126 Popits with D9127 Popits.
  2. D8127 Popits are not tested or not listed and therefore not recommended with GV4 and newer panel types. Replace with D9127 Popits.
  3. D8127 Popit do not have a Zero Dipswitch. When there is no 0 dipswitch, the panel will interpret the 0 switch as turned on. In cases where a D8127 popit will be used the addresses with the 0 switch turned off are not available.
  4. In order to use these conversion tables with the B8512G and B9512G types, a B600 must be used.
