- The Point/User Flag has been set to YES in Phone and Phone Parameters.
- Locate the setting in Panel Wide Parameters>Phone and Phone Parameters and set Point/User Flag=No.
The control panel sends a "flag" with each report that tells the D6500/D6600 to convert point numbers and User ID numbers to COMEX format. The conversions are shown in the table below.
