How to correct the 2000 series does not allow passcode changes by pressing the 5 key.

The Change Passcode prompt in the Passcodes area of programming can be set to either Disabled, Owner or Owner & User.  Change this setting as needed to allow for passcode changes.

• Setting this parameter to Disabled prevents any user from changing their passcode from the keypad.
• Setting this parameter to Owner only allows Owner types to change passcodes from the keypad.
• Setting this parameter to Owner & User allows Owner and User types to change passcodes from the keypad.
