What would cause the panel to send every report at one time?

Solution

Command 95

CMD 95 is the test function that will send all available reports. In the circumstance where a customer has set a code that begins with 95 such as (9595) and put in his code incorrectly, when re-entering, the customer would press the command key and 95 and the rest of the code causing the panel to send all reports to the central station resulting in a dispatch of emergency services. The work around if an updated chip is not available, change the first two digits from 95xx.
