How to correct the D1255 Command Center going blank while selecting menus.

There was problem found in the firmware of the keypad prior to March 2006. This does not hinder the operation or function of the D1255 Command Center.
If this becomes a nuisance you may replace the Command Center with a newer version. Anything manufacture passed March of 2006 has the latest firmware that corrected this issue. (Date code of 0613 and higher). The D1255 firmware is not upgradeable. The D1255 Command Center would need to be replaced.
