How to correct the error message "RAM CARD NOT PRESENT" when updating D5200 handlers.

The B drive was selected as the drive to add the handler to and the B drive is not present or is not seen by the D5200 programmer.
In Update Handler the 'Mode' selection Telco ->B or B -> A or etc, was selected and the B drive is not present in the D5200 programmer.
