How to correct the inability to view troubles by pressing the 4-key on 2000 series panels.

When there s a trouble condition and the keypad displays 'Trouble Press 4 to View', and the screen doesn't change after pressing the 4 key.

Ensure the D5200 programmer is disconnected from the panel.  Keypads may not communicate normally while the D5200 programmer is connected.

Example: You have the Installer switch down and the D5200 programmer plugged into the panel and have just finished sending updates to the panel.  You release the Installer pin, but leave the D5200 still connected, now the keypad will be in trouble and tell you to press 4 to view and when doing so it will not change the state of the panel nor will it show you the problem.
