How to correct the RS Control APP message: "System is Disabled".

  • The App was working for the GV4 Version 1 panels until the App updated to revision 2.5.0(xx) on iDevices and or Android Devices - now when the customer attempts to connect to the GV4 V1 panel, the app reads "System is Disabled".
Workaround:
  • Delete existing certificate from device, then re-open email from previous cert and re-import into the application.
Or-
  • Create a new certificate for the panel.
