How to Define "Expand Test" 7000. 9000, G, GV2, GV3, GV4 and New G Series Panels

Overview: Expanded test reports will include off-normal point conditions and other off-normal conditions of events listed in Diag reports.  Log threshold, log overflow and RAM fail events are also added to test reports.

Issue

The panel is sending too much information during Test reports. Why is this happening and how can I stop it?

Solution

Expanded Test Reports are turned on. Go to 9000Main, Panel Wide parameters, Phone params and turn Expand T/R to off.

Another report to check is the Sked Executed report. Since the test report is generated by a Sked, it could send this report along with the test report. This is set up in the Routing and Auto Funtion Report. To disable this report, change Sked Executed to Disable.

RPS Help Screen: "Expand Test Report"

Expand Test Report
Default: No
Selections:
Yes - Send expanded test reports.
No - Do not send expanded test reports.
When this parameter is set to Yes, the control panel expands test reports to include off-normal system status information.
The control panel expands manually initiated test reports and Sked initiated (scheduled) test reports.
