This is an indication that the keypad is not getting any data or is not turned on in the control panel programming. To see if the keypad is turned on in programming:
- Go to COMMAND CENTERS
- Go to COMMAND CENTER ASSIGNMENTS
- Go to the CC SCOPE line
- Change this line to AREA WIDE
- After sending this change to the panel, the keypad should be enabled.
If the keypad continues to flash the zone lights, troubleshoot the problem as a data issue. Begin by troubleshooting the keypad wiring.
