How to determine why BFSK/Relays or Outputs selected in Point Assignments do not reset as expected.

Relays programmed to latch as BFSK/Relay, Relay or Output (depending on panel type), or using Relay Response type 2 do not reset when used with points programmed as invisible.
Invisible points programmed to latch relays using either BFSK/Relay or Relay Response 2 will not be reset by clearing keypad memory because the alarm was never registered in the keypad. Since the alarm was not stored in alarm memory, clearing alarm memory will not reset the relay.
