How to interpret Alarm Recent Close reports from a 2000 series control panel.

Central Station is receiving a Alarm Report Recent Closing and then a restoral on a zone when tripped after arming.
Alarm Report Recent Closing reports are generated when an alarm is acknowledged at the control within 2 minutes of a closing event. If the alarm is generated more than 2 minutes after closing, the zone alarm will be sent.
