How to interpret the D6412 or D4412 report: Closing Delinquent Signal.

The Central Station is receiving a "Closing Delinquent" signal. What does that signal mean?

• If an area is not armed (All, Part, or Part 2) during the time specified, the panel sends a System Inactive Report or Closing Delinquent for that area. Interval is in weeks (00 to 99).
• The ‘System Inactive’ Display is optional. See Call for Service/System Inactive Options in panel programming.
