How to interpret wireless devices showing Missing in View Point Status.

This solution pertains to Inovonics wireless points that interface with the panel’s Zonex bus using either an ISW-D8125CW-V2 or ISW-D8125-CW. 

The ISW-D8125CW-V2 or ISW-D8125-CW wireless interface can only show Normal Short or Tamper when testing with Diagnostics.  If the wireless input shows missing when looking at View Point Status from a panel command center, the problem may be caused by a communication issue with the wireless interface. 

Troubleshoot the following:

1. Verify the Tamper switch is closed on the ISW-D8125CW-V2 or ISW-D8125CW and EN4200 or ISW-EN4200.
2. Troubleshoot the Zonex Bus. Remove other Zonex devices, leaving only the wireless interface connected.
