Keypad must be addressed correctly in order for programming to recognize it , please refer to ADDRESS TABLE in keypad install guide for proper dipswitch settings. If this parameter is not yet programmed you can set the address at 0 which is all switches down (off) for installer to enter keypad programming . The other reason this may be displayed would be a keypad is detected by the panel but is not turned on in programming. Under USER INTERFACE ,COMMAND CENTERS assign an area to the Command Center # Area you wish to enable.
