How to Part Armed Status on D168A Module for D2000 Series Panel

Issue

When arming the 2000 Series Panel for the part on mode at the keypad, is there anyway to have the D168A say that the panel is armed when it is called? The D168A is already set up for the All On mode.

Solution

Yes. In the programming of the panel for the EXT output that is programmed for the All On Output. It is currently programmed as Function 1 only and Function 1 is programmed for All On. Change the programming to be Function 1 or 2 and program function 2 as Part On.

This will trigger the armed status for either part on or all on however, the D168A will only announce an armed state or disarmed state. It will not announce part on or all on.
