How to Plan Relay Follows Point DS7400 Series

Issue

The relay programmed to activate on a zone alarm does not activate when zone goes into alarm.

Solution

The zone going into alarm is programmed for either silent or invisible. Relays programmed to follow zone alarms will not activate from Silent or Invisible zones.
