Solution
 
  1. Something is blocking the beams.
  2. Optical modules or covers need cleaning.
  3. Optical modules misaligned.
  4. Wiring fault.

Solution:

  1. Remove the object.
  2. Clean the optical modules and the covers.
  3. Realign.
  4. Check wiring.
