When adding an ITI transmitter to the 6412 system, the keypad displays a receiver error.
Cause: 1
- Under certain conditions the panel will get into a "non-stop polling" mode that is hard to exit and will result in the "receiver error" message.
Solution:
- Either a learned or unlearned learnable sensor transmission will stop erroneous polling. Exit the RF programming, and wait 1 minute then continue RF programming.
Cause: 2
- The ITI recever with fimware 755-1760 will not work with the older ITI trasmitters.
Soultion:
- Replace transmitters with firmware version ITI15 163 or older, only the newer transmitters will work; such as firmware version ITI15 200 and ITI15 203.
