How to Troubleshoot RF3401

Overview

RF3401 wireless point always shows an open state, will need to be reprogrammed in the normal state.
 
Issue
 

RF3401 wireless transmitter using the External contacts stays open all the time (no change of state).

Solution

Transmitter must be deleted and relearned with the External point in the NORMAL state.
