How to troubleshoot why Zone Test will not work on a DS7400 Version1 or 2 Panel.
Version1 or 2 Panel types only allow Zone Test to be used from a keypad assigned to the partition where the point is assigned.
When attempting to perform Zone Test on DS7400 version 1 or 2 panels by pressing Pin + #81 the keypads return the message 'Error Please Try again'. Attempting to perform Zone Test while in single partition mode results in the same error.
DS7400 Version 3 and 4 panels do allow Zone Test to be used from a Master keypad provided Single Partition mode is selected.
