Open RPS and perform the following :
(1). Go to toolbar and select LIST, then select PANEL.
(2). Highlite the PANEL that will be upgraded.
(3). Go to toolbar and select VIEW. A panel data - view box will appear.
(4). Click on the EDIT tab located in the lower left hand corner.
(5). On the PANEL TYPE tab, select the panel you wish to upgrade to, then click OKAY.
(6). The panel information has now been transfered to the upgraded panel type
NOTE: You can never downgrade a panel to a lower version
