The D5360 is a legacy interface which with limited capabilities. Because it uses the control panel’s program port, it is unable to access Diagnostics and Get History. The D5360 can only be used to receive or send panel programming.
Use the DX4010V2 as an alternative to the D5360 when compatible. The DX4010V2 is compatible with G series control panels using firmware version 6.0 and higher and GV2-GV3 with ver8.00-8.09 firmware.
Select connect via Enhance Direct when connecting with the DX4010V2.
Note: The D5360 is not compatible with GV3 panel types using version 8.11+ firmware, or GV4 panel types.
