Can I have customized audio files to be used in the "play audio" action from Bosch Alarm Management?
Answer
Yes! The needed audio format is G711. However, we can convert .wav files into G711.
So, the preferred audio format is .wav or .mp3 if you cannot convert it to G711.
You can provide Central Technical Support team with the audio files in wav format with 8k sampling rate. In addition, please mention the Alarm Management instance to be added to.
Note: The audio file is available for all Accounts of the Alarm Management instance.
