Does Central Technical Support assist with a DIVAR IP 7000 R2 that is EOS & OOW, after replacing the 3rd party SSDs - not purchased from Bosch?

Answer

The DIVAR IP 7000 R2 reached End of Support status in December 2023. As a result, Central Technical Support can only provide best-effort assistance in such cases.

Please note that Bosch does not assume any liability for systems modified with untested third-party components, as outlined in the official Out of Warranty (OoW) support policy:

Generally, hardware-related issues are expected to be resolved within the warranty period. Post-warranty hardware interventions are no longer supported per the OoW statement.
