Does the DIVAR IP 7000 (DIP-71XX) support more than 128 channels?

Please check the following DIP Whitepaper:

• On page 5, it is shown that the unit supported 128 channels before upgrading.
• After upgrade to BVMS >= 11.0, having the MBV-BPLU-DIP base, the channels licenses limit is 256 channels (page 8).

DIP licenses activated in separately batches are not listed in BVMS License Inspector. Why?
