FAQ: 'Video image is not available' message displayed in BVMS Operator Client by Forensic Search

Question:

After clicking the Forensic Search button in Bosch Video Management System (BVMS) - Operator Client, "Video image is not available" message is displayed.

What could be the reason?

Answer:

This message will appear if the Graphic Card of the Operator Client machine is not performant enough.

• Please check the Graphic Card specifications for Bosch Video Management System (BVMS) - see the version dependent BVMS data sheet
• Make sure that the Operator Client is not installed on Virtual Machine (VM Graphic Cards wont be able to display Forensic Search)

Find the supported version of the Graphic Card driver in the appropriate version of the BVMS Release Notes, in the Hardware drivers section.
