Once installed and licensed, an application can also be uninstalled from the camera. In this case, the license is being returned to the license pool. It can then be installed on another device.

Please note: no return option is possible for the *complete offline use case. Therefore, you need to contact the Azena support in order to return application licenses to the cloud.

*offline environment - the cameras do not have any kind of access to the public Internet network and/or are in a restricted VPN network environment.
