How to connect to your cameras with Bosch Video Security Client through Remote Portal?
Question
How to connect to your cameras with Bosch Video Security Client (VSC) through Remote Portal?
Answer
Remote Portal'sRemote Connectservice allows connection to your devices through the Remote Portal with your client software, such as Video Security Client and Video Security App. Video Security Client & Video Security App allows customers to displaylive video, to replayrecorded videofrom SD card or VRM based recorders and to perform aforensic searchfrom remote through the cloud. To connect to Bosch IP cameras and DIVAR IP 5000/2000 through the cloud, the Customer needs to be added to the related Remote Connect service of every camera he wants to display.
However, please note thaton31stof August 2025, Remote Portal services for DIVAR IP 2000 and DIVAR IP 5000 (incl. live, playback and forensic search via Remote Portal) in Bosch Video Security Client willend, as all these systems have reached their EOS state. This change does not affect users using the Video Security Client in a local network configuration.
