Is digital zoom available in the Thermal view of MIC IP fusion 9000I connected via ONVIF?
Answer
The thermal DZ (digital zoom) for the MIC-9000i has never been supported by ONVIF and support for it will not be added.
ONVIF control of the thermal DZ was never planned for the MIC-9000i in the launch of the product.
However, you can get the PTZ via ONVIF Device Manager to work by enabling the PTZ configuration of the stream. But only the Pan and Tilt (PT) will work when selecting the Thermal image. When (digital) zooming the thermal image, this action will zoom the optical image. The Thermal view doesn't support Zoom commands.
