Is DIVAR IP 6000 R1 compatible with VRM v.3.83.0021 (64-bit) and BVMS Viewer 10.1?

BVMS Viewer 10.1 requires VRM 3.83.0021 (64-bit) (see page 9 from the BVMS Viewer 10.1 release note):
However, DIVAR IP 6000 R1 runs on Windows Storage Server 2008 R2, which is not compatible with VRM 3.83.0021 (64-bit).
VRM 3.83.0021 (64-bit) requires Windows Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2019. Given this, VRM 3.83.0021 (64-bit) is not compatible either with Windows 10 Pro which runs on the BVMS server, so it would require a different server. This VRM 3.83.0021 (64-bit) version is not tested and supported in older operating systems, so DIP 6000 R1 does not support this new version. It is a hardware limitation.
Given the Windows version running on DIVAR IP 6000 R1, it is compatible with VRM 3.71 but that version is not compatible with BVMS Viewer 10.1. It is only compatible with BVMS version 8.0.
