Currently, the Firmware v9.40.0132, v9.40.0134 or v9.41.0018 are not supported on CPP14.1 due to specific technology requirements that exceed the capabilities of these devices. We don’t have an immediate plan to provide a 9.40 release for CPP14.1, but we are actively exploring ways to ensure future releases will cover the entire CPP14 range.

Please always refer to the Release Letter of each Firmware from Download Area to check the compatibility between the version and the CPP platform of your camera.

For example, according to the Release Letter CPP14 FW v9.11.0009, the Firmware v9.11.009 is supported on CPP14.1 cameras, while the Firmware v 9.40.0132 is NOT supported on CPP14.1 cameras (see Release Letter CPP14 FW v9.40.0132)
