By deactivating the RTSPS protocol in the camera network settings, there will be no live stream in BVMS Operator Client:

By activating the RTSPS, the camera's live view will be displayed in BVMS Operator Client.

Solution

Please check if secure or unsecure connection is used. When RTSPS is disabled, the video streaming via secure connection will not work.

RTOS cameras (CPP4/ 6/ 7/ 7.3) do not use SRTP, but a proprietary encryption mechanism.

This is a feature of the camera Firmware for the newer camera platforms. The encryption (secure connection) protocol used is SRTP, therefore RTSPS is used for streaming.

So, if you use secure connection in BVMS, RTSPS needs to be enabled, otherwise the video streaming will not work:
