What steps to perform in Video Security Client/ App to continue access to Remote Portal and Alarm Management?
Answer
Starting on May 12th with the transition away from Bosch and SingleKey ID and to Keenfinity, you will need to perform a one-time verification to continue access to Remote Portal and Alarm Management accounts.
When VSC 3.8.0 is started the first time, the following notice is shown. Select Keenfinity and click OK.
Note: the choice can be reverted or repeated anytime in the application menu of VSC 3.8.0

Go to the account overview and edit your Remote Portal or Alarm Management account. On the authorization page select “Sign in with Company ID”

Sign in to your account by providing your email address associated to the SingleKey ID user and click Next.

Note
Users who have already migrated their SingleKey ID credentials to Keenfinity, will be directed back to Video Security Client to complete the account setup. Those who haven’t, need to go through the steps below to verify the username and set a new password.
Account Verification with your associated Email Address is required, click Send verification code to have a Verification Code sent to your email address that is listed.

You will receive an email from a Keenfinity account email with the 6-digit verification code.

Enter the Verification Code and click Verify Code, then enter a new password and click Create.
Note: The password can be the same password previously used, or you can change to a new password.

You may or may not be presented with this dialog box to Update your information depending upon data in the system. If it is presented, follow these steps:
Username: Do not change
Email Address: Do not change
First Name: Enter your first name
Last Name: Enter your last name
Click Submit

The account has now been updated and verified. Once all steps have been processed in the browser, the user will be directed back to Video Security Client to complete the account setup.
Additional hint: In case you have been using SingleKey ID in the past you should have received on 12th of May 2025 the following e-mail from KFID, where you can simply sign-up for KFID by clicking on Activate Keenfinity ID:

Important date information for VideoView+ for DIVAR IP
Effective from 4th of June 2025 we will be implementing Keenfinity ID as the new method for SSO access to your Remote Portal company account and to access your DIVAR IP in Video Security Client and Video Security App as a VideoView+ for DIVAR IP user. This transition will only affect your way of accessing your system, all existing access rights will remain.
Please note, that Keenfinity ID will completely replace the Bosch SingleKey ID. As of 4th of June 2025 you will no longer be able to use your Bosch SingleKey ID to access your DIVAR IP from remote in VSC.
Please also make sure that after 27th of May 2025 you update the DIVAR IP System Manager application on your DIVAR IP to the latest version 2.5 before you attempt to provision your DIVAR IP to the Remote Portal. The latest version 2.5 will be mandatory for new connections as of 27th of May 2025. DIVAR IPs, already connected to Remote Portal, do not require this action.
