• Solution

Given that the CPP4 is an old platform and was aligned with older SD Cards, the IDs and card information that is required for Life span monitoring in not aligned for the newer SD cards. There is no schedule for CPP4 to be fixed.

This card is not and will not be fully supported in a CPP4

This SD card is supported in CPP6, 7 and 7.3 – you can see the lifespan percentages of the SD-card in the web browser and Configuration Manager.

* SD card gets supported in Firmware 7.81.0060.
