The 1400 Series is designed with a DOM (Disk-On-Module) that has the operating system (OS) with the pre-installed image, which is used for the unit recovery.

However, the DOM is no longer available, either as a spare part or for purchase, as this product has been discontinued.

Given that DLA 1400 Series IP Video Storage Appliance is EOL (End Of Life) and EOS (End Of Support), we strongly recommend you to upgrade your system with new products to benefit of further support. You can contact your local Sales representative for further assistance.
